Hi I signed up to a new 24 month contract and was offered a free gift of wireless headphones but to date have not received anything…is this a genuine offer or was I scammed?

When did you sign up, @Kp&monty ?

You need to be past any cooling off period, and gifts / vouchers take anything from 30 to 90 days, depending on the terms at the time.

I'll move this to the billing section for you as it is not a problem with your broadband service.

Gifts can take unto 60 days to be issued.
