My mum had a stroke & no longer needs her TalkTalk account. I rang you &, following your instructions, cancelled her account. Now you say she owes you £35.

Sorry to learn that news. The thing is, if she still had a period on her contract left then there may be have been an early termination fee.

Complete your community profile here and in the Private notes section put your mum's full name, address and TalkTalk phone number and then the support team here can look into this for you.
