Can't download my bill

Hello I know others are having the same problems but this is the only way to get a response from TT.

I go on the website to get my bill click My Bills arrow and get the spinning wheel of nothing... and nothing else ever.

This is not the first time. Don't tell me it is cookies, or the browser or any other stupid reason. Everyone else is on different OS, browsers, so it all comes back to your bad website. Fix it or just program your billing system to auto send bills to our email account and everyone is happy.

all day long I have been trying to down;oad my bill. Your system is broken and you appear unwilling to fix it. Will find another provider

Hello Community, my case is being dealt with by CISCA/CEDA complaints. However, TT are unable to replicate not being able to view the bill page, they can get to it fine.

So I wondered would anyone else like to join my complaint to give it more weight and so the adjudicator can see it is not just one person.

Reply to this and I will find a way to get it to them.

Sorry the issue has reached this stage

Cisas only deal with individual customer cases.
