I am 72 years old and am on pension credit.How do I get my bill reduced?

There is no social tariff with Talktalk, @allansim.

If you are nearing the end of your contract, phone 03451 720088 or use Chat to check out a good deal.

That way you are likely to get a better deal than through an email offer or in My Account.

If you are out of contract, get back into a minimum term, as it will be cheaper.

Your contract expires in Feb 2025 so you can negotiate a new deal next year.
