    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your bill section of My Account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once it's been processed there will be a button to request a refund. It takes a couple of days but you should get it back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I doubt it can be done any quicker by TalkTalk.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you paid by debit or credit card, you may be able to ask them to process a charge back for one of the payments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The account is showing as in credit and a refund can now be requested in My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
