Hi,

I have been using talktalk for my lineone.net account for some year and paying £50 per year to look at my mail.

You have just send me an invoice for £139.45 to be taken on 21/11/2024.

Why such a big increase £50 +3.7 = £51.85 so how do you justify such a big increase?

@Carpender, Arne can usually find account details, but just to be sure, complete your community forum profile details for him to check the security of the account etc.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Staff will respond after the weekend.

I have tried calling but as I don't have TalkTalk boardband or phone I cannnot proceed to speak to some one.

You are using data at least to post.

Please follow my instructions re your profile.

Any extra information can go in Private Notes near the end of the Personal Information area. Again, SAVE CHANGES.

You absolutely must NEVER post the account number or personal information in the public thread.

You will need to wait till after the weekend for a reply from staff, @Carpender.

Your old Talktalk phone number or account number should still be relevant for identification purposes.
