Missing Payment

I am concerned about a payment I made by bank transfer on the 25.11.24. for £40. the sort code an d number I have used many times before.** removed** reference 5260279. This amount doesn't seem to be showing on my latest statement but at the top of my online account it says my account is in credit etc. I have made 2 calls to sort this out without success. I have been asked for photo shop copy of my bank account but is have no idea how to do this and don't have anyone here to help with it. I have phone my ban and the payment show on my online bank statement how Can I get this sorted out. Have you received my previous payment using this method. Linda Neaves ** removed **
