UK calls boost

I notice I am been charged £16 for uk calls boost.

I dont use this service - and not sure I ever have - as we dont have a phone connected to the line at all.

There does not seem to be any way to delete this boost in my account.

Please remove.

Call 03451 720088 or use Chat to get them to remove it.

They are both live from 9am, @ds12345.
