&lt;P&gt;I note that previously you switched your mother's account, but gave you spoken to the Shell Migration Team or possibly, the loyalty team to see what renewal deals are available?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In any event, just to be on the safe side, it would be best to confirm you will be leaving and give notice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;fr8ys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called that number. There is no dedicated Shell Migration Team, it's all be folded into TalkTalk's Customer Service team I was told.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirmed no Early Termination charges and gave notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is still a shell migration team, we have not been told any different.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The T&amp;amp;C's you had with shell are the same with us, there is no cancellation fee in the last 30 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
