      <description>&lt;P&gt;Talktalk disconnected me and then took payment from my account for early termination of contract!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was actually the second time they disconnected me; they said they were told to because I had gone to another supplier but I hadn't. I managed to get them to reconnect me the first time, then they did it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now they've taken £212 from my bank account because they say I terminated the contract early, but I didn't! They just disconnected me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get my money back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
