      <title>Old TalkTalk account stll alive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I migrated from Shell energy to Talk Talk broadband. I get bills, but I have to pay by calling and it is not working at the moment. I still have an old account alive, which was about 10 years ago, so I can´t access the account with my new account number because the email is the same. I tried to explain on the phone to the customer service a while back but nothing was done. How to delete the old account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
