    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi slingshot1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you trasnferred to another provider, &amp;nbsp;If so when was the transfer made?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account is showing as disconnected which was placed on the 29th November and cancelled on &amp;nbsp;28th December.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Cancelled my Package with TALKTALK months ago. Still being billed ?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Have tried to discuss further with them but phoning creates a loop without&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; a human to speak to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hoping a TALKTALK rep sees this so can sort it out. The cancelation was acknowledged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; in my only account awhile ago, but not now ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Staff here can check the status of your account but I believe if there is a cancellation issue they cannot action this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To cancel you will need to phone (doing via chat requires a member of staff to call you so will also delay any action required), so phoning now will be the quickest option for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
