I joined talk talk via the website as I saw an offer where I would receive an Amazon voucher 120 days after joining. I joined on the 29/08/2024 so should have received it on the 27/12. I have had no email or anything and have chased it up three times now. The most recent time was through the online chat which was beyond frustrating. Has anybody had any luck in receiving their voucher?

@LauraO1, I'll move this over to the billing section for staff to chase up the voucher.

They will reply after the weekend.
