Ghost calls from my landline

Basically I’m being charged for phone calls I do not make. Never use my landline.

over months the same number and less than 24/20 seconds per call.

Talktalk say I’m using phone.

I am not. So what is happening.?

every month call charges vary from £1.99/£2.99.

Plug in a phone and check the number that is read back to you when you dial 17070, @170awasawas.

If it's not what you expected, your line has been crossed with someone else's. So their calls would show up on your bill.

If it's not that, devices in the home sometimes make call checks to check functioning [eg panic watches etc].

Staff will be back on here during the day tomorrow.

Morning,

Have you tried dialling 17070 from your home phone to see if it reads back the correct number? This will help to rule out if this is related to a crossed line fault.
