Gift Cloud reward not arrived

Received an e-mail saying I will get my £50 reward within 10 days. If not, an email address for gift cloud was given to contact them on. It's been 12 days so I emailed only for it to be bounced back as no such address.

What is my next step?

Thank you. I revisited the email

"Look out for an email coming from no-reply@giftcloud.com, and check your junk mail if it’s not arrived. If you have not received an email after 10 days, please contact hello@giftcloud.com."

Guess which one I clicked on!
