&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;"&lt;/I&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;&lt;I&gt;This is due to Firefox implementing "Enhanced Tracking Protection"&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;&lt;I&gt;To resolve;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;&lt;I&gt;Click the Firefox "Shield icon" to the left of the Firefox browser Address bar.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;&lt;I&gt;Turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection".&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problem accessing billing with Firefox</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some time now, I've been unable to access the billing section of the website using Firefox on Windows 10.&lt;BR /&gt;I have no problem using Chrome, but I use FF for everything else as Chrome is not a browser with which I feel comfortable.&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone having a similar problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
