What does monthly allowance mean

why can’t I see an itemised list showing the numbers I supposedly call

why am I charged for mobile calls. I do not have a mobile account with TalkTalk

I honestly can’t wait for my contract to finish has to be the most unprofessional company

Hi Katslondon

Your usage limit is set at £19,

If you open your bill and scroll down you will see phone usage to view the numbers you have called

You dont have a calls boost so calls you make are chargeable.
