      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try logging into my account using the TalkTalk app I get a message that says Account Suspended. Why? I am still within TalkTalk and now on a fibre optic broadband package. I only wanted to log in to ask why I have not received the voucher I was promised when I agree to stay with TalkTalk back in the summer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You also need to switch the router off entirely, even unplug it at the wall, for a minimum of 30 minutes before restarting it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have trouble, please return to the message board and click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;start a topic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
