Return of old router after contract cancelled

Hi there,

My broadband ended on 27Dec2024 but it took several weeks to receive the bag for returns. Unfortunately, due to family situation we cannot return to the property to look for and retrieve old router for a few more weeks. Is there a strict 30 day limit on doing this return please?
