topic Direct debit in Billing

I have recently had problems with talk talk taking my direct debit payment twice monthly. One of these payments I have cancelled. I have now received an email saying that I have cancelled my main email, I have not. I have checked with my bank and the direct debit for £25.99 has not been cancelled.

There are occasions when you may have one payment taken early in the month and another late in the same month depending on your billing date, although this is rare. My Account can tell you what payments were due and when and you can also change your payment date there. I have moved this to the Billing section for you.
