      <title>Giftcloud Voucher not received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Renewed my service in July, with an activation date in August and the promise of a voucher from Giftcloud.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've waited more than the required amount of days and not received anything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reached out to giftcloud and their support is not helpful and questioning which deal i signed up for and suggesting cookies at the time were the issue. However the renewal was done by phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a direct communication or template to use when contacting giftcloud to get them to release the voucher?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen multiple posts online about this with Giftcloud and TalkTalk and Sky, I renewed way over 90 days ago, was in touch with both Giftcloud and TalkTalk. Still not received and it’s been a nightmare trying to get it resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have called TalkTalk and told to speak to giftcloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then all you can do is email giftcloud and get an automated response and wait days for a real human and then they ask you a load of questions which will delay again another 5-10 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hope i will have my voucher soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
