Hello is there andrew here i am getting a bit worried, because my payment is in my bank account , but the diret debit date says 4th of february but it as not gone out yet my acc? REMOVED

Your direct debit was due on the 2nd, if there is no payment in the next 24 hours you can make a one off payment through My Account.

Arne sir 4th of feb, today the my payment is waiting in the bank for the direct debit to be taken.

hello sir , so should i make a online payment now, or wait for the dd to take it, because i canot afford more late charges or fees again ,i informed last month for making a double payment this month but still got hammered with late fees

@andyduudz, I've removed the attachment and the screenshot as they both reveal your account number. We need that just to be kept in the profile area of the forum, where only you and staff can see it.
