I was promised a £50 gift card when I signed up for Broadband in September 2024. Despite several attempts to get some sense out of people I still haven't received it. Any ideas please to resolve the matter?

Its been escalated and you are eligible, but there is a backlog at the moment we have not been given a timescale at the moment.
