    <description>&lt;P&gt;I put in an order on the 25 Nov 24 to upgrade to Fibre 150, I changed my mind and cancelled the order on the same day (25 Nov 24) My account is still showing an order is in progress . I have&amp;nbsp; brought this matter to talktalk&amp;nbsp; via chat line several time and have been told the order in progress will be removed in 4 to 5 working days but nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now want to up grade to fibre 150 but I am being blocked.. Any advice will be welcome&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff won't be back on here before Monday. I'll move this to the billing section for you as that's where "stuck orders" etc normally get investigated&amp;nbsp; / removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have found an open order from the previous cancelled order. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have logged this as a fault in the system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Will check for an update next week&lt;/P&gt;</description>
