      <description>&lt;P&gt;From my experience of topics I've seen on this forum, staff generally send out replacement routers to customers free of charge, so it seems strange that they are billing you for it. The amount of £9 and some pence also seems a bit odd - Is it definitely listed on your bill as a charge for the router?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
