      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;so I had an issue at the beginning of this year where I had no landline connection for weeks. Eventually TalkTalk sent out an engineer and the issue was resolved on 31st January. After waiting well over 30 days I still haven't heard anything from TalkTalk regarding compensation due to me for the loss of service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I realise I'm going to have to badger TalkTalk in order to get this compensation. Does anyone know who I need to contact to discuss this issue without using the AI bots?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
