      <title>Unrecognised phone charges</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm very concerned regarding several phone charges on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We never use the home landline, we don't even have a handset in the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've contacted talktalk several times but no reassurance that my issue is being investigated or the outcome/ resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spent many hors messaging but I get passed from department to department.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm left wondering what on earth is going on. it's making me feel very worried indeed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've asked to speak to fraud department but told it's all online and not possible to speak to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had issues of this type?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check that the number read back to you is your own, as listed in your My Account. There's a chance that there's a crossed line. So someone else will be unknowingly dialling up on your number. It happens alarmingly often! Worth checking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will also help, if the number isn't yours, if you can put the number read back in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Private Notes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;near the end of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Information area of your profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;You get to that whole area via your avatar; settings. Make sure that you&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We have requested an Outgoing calls bar to be applied, it sounds like there is a crossed line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can possibly follow the instructions given by &lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:13px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gliwmaeden2 &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;we can fix this.&lt;/P&gt;
