&lt;P&gt;Also try an alternative browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is usually a browser issue, the usual steps are:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Clear cache/ on the device you are using&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Disable pop-up/ad blockers&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use a different device (pc/laptop etc)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
