Hi I’m struggling to log into my account to print my bill off , cleared all data and cache but coming up saying your email address not recognised 🤷‍♂️

talktalk don’t recognise their own email address

any help would be appreciated

Hi @Joshdavid

You will need to re-register https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/ but you cannot use any TalkTalk email address's, please use a 3rd party email address.
