Hello,

My account still shows the old Broadband package even though the new go live date was 24th March and the engineer came and moved everything over.

There seems to be a broadband boost added on which I did not ask for (I think this was added as our internet was cut off before our go live date, so assume I will not have to pay for this). My new contract had £5 off the first three months so do not want to miss on this on my first bill.

Also our internet was cut off for 6 days so assume some compensation will be due.

Hope you can help, thank you.

Hi vth2025

The account is still waiting for the order to update, once the old Broadband service cancels, the new order will update.

Sorry for the confusion

Hi Arnie,

Thank you for your prompt reply!

I see, so does this mean my new bill will reflect my new contract? I think it is due this Friday and am worried I will still be paying old amount.

Would you know about any compensation due? I had mentioned what had happened on another thread in the Fibre section.

Thank you.

Hi @vth2025

The order completed the day after your last bill was produced, your next bill will reflect your new contract including the £5 discount.

Any over payment on the latest bill will show as a credit on the next bill.

Regards
