Was thinking of cancelling but need to know when my talktalk service ends

Attempted to sign up with virgin last week. They've now suspended my installation due to installation issues. Could anyone tell me when my talktalk ends, as i may have to stay a little longer

Judging from your earlier posts it will be 12 months or more.

I meant with Virgin applying to migrate me over. I received an email from TalkTalk indicating how much I'd be charged for switching, but because Virgin is faffing around I need to know when my TalkTalk service will end. I've tried online chat but it's not respondng

Just phone 03451 720088 to say that you have changed your mind and are staying.

Ask for a confirmation email before putting the phone down, @jimmymumu.

As Divsec mentioned, the end date of your current contract will show in the bills you receive from Talktalk, so look up My Account. The early termination fees are calculated against the number of months left, but depend on the package. Usually @ £10.20 per month, so you can reverse calculate from what they quote you for leaving.

You'd still be in the Talktalk contract until the day of the switch, @jimmymumu, and if that's not to be happening it won't have been fixed up yet.

The switch order shows the transfer date is 01-04-25

Hi. I've still not finalised this Virgin switch yet, but I've just received an email from TalkTalk saying my service is ending soon. This will leave me without any internet provider. Would it be possible to keep me connected until I've had Virgin installed?. Thanks
