Many fellow users have similar issues, across devices, browsers, and operating systems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For what it is worth your post has been escalated and you should hear after the holiday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sorry not to be more optimistic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have juat tested on my iPad using the default Safari browser and did it no problem. Is your iPadOS up to date?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
