I was promised a prepaid Mastercard when renewing with talktalk but have never received this.

How do I escalate?

Hi there @sambam1995 . I have had a look into your account and an email with the link for the voucher was sent to the email address registered on the account on the 4th of January 2025, please check and confirm if you did not receive it, also try checking the spam folder. Advise if you still cannot find it.
