      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just wondering why I've been billed just 12p this month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I shouldn't complain, I know, but I've had a myriad of issues with TalkTalk these past few months, so I'm very much looking this gift horse in the mouth - I see bigger issues ahead down the line if this isn't sorted now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep - I'm not sure what's happened. I also don't seem to have the option to renew my account even though a price breakdown for this is listed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
