My payment date is always changing even tho I've chose for it to be taken on the 8th

Hi @Cheesepidg is that even when 8th doesn't fall on a weekend, as it has done 3 time this year?

TalkTalk don't always take the payment on the same exact date every month. I've been with them for years and it's always been that way. I have no idea why. Basically, you'll just have to put up with it.

They do tell you on the bill notification email what date the payment will be taken that month, so you do get a few days' notice of when the money's coming out of your account.
