    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to pay my bill via online payment (as i usually do) however this time when i get to the enter card details page there are no fields showing to enter the information. i have tried logging out of my account and back in again several times, i have logged on using a different device but the problem is still there. Is anyone else experiencing the same or know how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's more helpful for Talktalk getting an idea of numbers of customers affected if you start your own topic, as simply adding to another customer's thread doesn't add to their statistics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I informed Talktalk of the issue on Monday as cases were building up all last week. The best method meanwhile is over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They have a 24 hr payment line:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;0345 1720040&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to have your Talktalk account number and valid credit / debit card to hand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Best to give them a call and pay over the phone, in the meantime, and hopefully they will have fixed the problem by the end of the next billing cycle. &lt;P&gt;Posting on another customer's thread doesn't help anybody get this resolved any faster. Algorithms will see just one thread here with several replies.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There should have been 5 separate threads for the individuals concerned and then the issue would have been flagged up more automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have escalated the issue twice to the forum management who have contacted the relevant department.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, pay over the phone as detailed in the guidelines above.&lt;/P&gt;
