Got to say I thought you was onto something their as I do use uBlock origin & that gave me issues when using paypal from time to time.

Unfortunate for me it wasn't uBlock origin and neither clearing cookies helps.
I've logged in using my phone & that is the same when trying to access my bill, windows 11 & Linux PC suffer the same fate.

Yes, I tried different browsers & different OP systems.

Today I got to the bottom of it.

My previous post I realized after upgrading to FTTP their was an upgraded from me in a new asus router.

The problem turned out to be AdGuard dns: 94.140.14.14 94.140.15.15

The above dns setting are meant to block advertisements, but now I know it blocked access to my bills.

Thanks for everyone sticking with this, I'd have never of thought a dns entry would block partial access to a control panel you seem to already have full access to.
