      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have Paid bill using Automated Payment 0345-172-0040. At end of payment Automated Voice tells me I can set up RECURRING C/Card or Direct Debit payment . RECURRING C/CARD, which I used to use, has not been available since New Accounting Firm took over? &lt;P&gt;I highlighted it three weeks ago as there were several instances in June, and the forum manager sent a chaser when I followed up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I flagged the issue again this morning. Hopefully a resolution is pending, but no further news for now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
