&lt;P&gt;Normally you would need to check first of all in My Account where it will show the end of contract date [see also previous bills] as well as the details of everything you have been charged for.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Discounts may have expired along with the main broadband contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Discuss what's available with the Retentions&amp;nbsp; / Better Value&amp;nbsp; / loyalty team as staff on the forum cannot set up a contract for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my bill is usually about £35 and this month was £65. I think im within a contract but is there something I can do to reduce it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can confirm that the reason why your bill is high is because you made local and national calls. I will send you a private message disclosing all the amounts however what I would advise/recommend for you is to get our Unlimited UK calls boost to avoid your bill to be this high. The Unlimited UK calls boost is £16.00. You will need to drop the call before you reach 1 hour and redial again to avoid being charged.&lt;/P&gt;
