    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying, but I already pay my Talktalk broadband bill by Direct Debit, It is just my monthly mobile bill I pay by credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried your payment link but there is no option their for me to add my monthly mobile bill to my monthly broadband bill so I could pay both by the same Direct Debit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am unable to pay my Talktalk mobile bill online by card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I get to the part where you have to select the type of payment card to pay with I cannot select anything (nothing on the screen is clickable)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been paying this way for a number of years with no problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried two different browsers and both do the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google Chrome -&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;139.0.7258.67&amp;nbsp; and Firefox 141.0.2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suggest you phone and make a payment or consider an alternative method.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't try to add it to the direct debit bill - you'll make new problems for yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whatever information you normally use by card, do this over the phone: possibly directly with an agent on 03451 720088 to make sure it covers your MOBILE&amp;nbsp; bill, not your broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise try the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;automatic payments phone number&lt;/STRONG&gt; given in the list.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I think it's worth giving the mobile phone team a ring after 9am on the 03451 720088 number or checking in My Account that the automatic payment reached the mobile phone balance rather than broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's not the end of the world if you've paid towards your Broadband bill&amp;nbsp; - but you don't want to be late with the mobile bill if the money is not in the right place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check it all during the day.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been highlighting the problems with card payments for a couple of months, but they don't quite seem to have got to the bottom of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
