Going round & round in circles, trying to find out how to cancel my Unlimited UK Calls calls boost before renewing my contract.

Thank you for confirming @shegus I have removed the unlimited UK calls boost from your account, and it will be disconnected within the next 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email regarding this change. Going forward, you will be charged the standard rate for each call you make. You can check our rates using the following link: UK call costs costs.

Additionally, I see that you were offered a renewal for your current Fibre 65 package at £27.00 on a 24-month contract. I would be happy to assist you with the renewal.
