      <description>&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk do not have a social tariff. They have a link up with the job centre for unemployed job seekers, but that doesn't help you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are experiencing difficulties with your costs, i would suggest you phone the Loyalty Team to discuss you account and see if there are any boosts you may be paying for that you don't need, or are not cost effective to your lifestyle such as phone boosts.&lt;/P&gt;
