Termination of contact

I terminated by contract on Sun 07/09/25 with a termination date set for Fri 12.09/25

07/09/25 I had an email from Talktalk customer service soon after titled "Your talktalk service is ending soon" to inform me of my early termination charge etc.

However I've heared nothing from talktalk since this, and not even had any final bill details sent to me.

Is this normal, or have I been overlooked?
