      <title>Automatic Compensation payment times</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone line was down for about three weeks. Stolen copper apparently! &amp;nbsp;It was restored on 22nd October. Should I not have received my automatic compensation by now. Any help would be great. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
