topic I cannot log in to my account in Billing

I cannot log in to my account

I have tried yesterday and today to log into my account to check my bills. I have tried using my log in details and email using code supplied. It tries to connect saying checking account and preparing account but does not go any further. Is there any issue with TalkTalk?
