MyAccount Login

When I attempt to access TalkTalk MyAccount, after entering login credentials, it starts the login process, rotating through 'Preparing account details ...', 'Preparing your bill ...', 'Preparing your dashboard ...', but that eventually ends with a screen that shows the following.

MyAccount Login

It has been like this for several days now.

TalkTalk's service status page shows the following message for 'Our Websites & Support'.

Our Support Teams

Update 12pm:

We are currently having issues with some of our systems at the moment, as such when you speak to one of our team they may not be able to help you at this time and they may have to ask you to contact us later. We will have everything back up & running as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you can use My Connection to diagnose and fix problems with your broadband connection.

I see there are others on the Community reporting an issue with accessing MyAccount.

As this has been ongoing for several days, it appears the cause of the "technical or security reasons" preventing login is not just a minor issue that would be resolved within hours. It makes me wonder whether TalkTalk are investigating a potential security breach.

After several days of access issues, it is about time that TalkTalk provided its customers with an explanation for why MyAccount cannot be accessed, and a timeframe for when this is expected to be resolved.

I am aware of that. I mentioned it in my post. However, the message appears to be 4 days old, which is why I said:

"After several days of access issues, it is about time that TalkTalk provided its customers with an explanation for why MyAccount cannot be accessed, and a timeframe for when this is expected to be resolved."

Please note that the issue seems to be a wider issue and we are aware of the issue. Our team is working hard to have the issue resolved as soon as possible, if customers are having issues paying their bills or anything please contact us so we can provide alternative ways to pay or help. This will avoid any late payment fees and confusion. Thanks
