&lt;P&gt;It looks like you have successfully logged into the app. This is not generally available except under specific contracts, and if you have one of these contracts, as I understand it, help is also via the app and unfortunately not via the forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check the App for help topics, but if you still have issues, then post back and staff can clarify for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please also complete your profile so staff van trace your account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>TalkTalk app bill downloads fail with error code 415016</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes correct - logged in to app ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app offers “help&amp;amp;support” (which isn’t helpful in this case), and “chat to us” (which doesn’t work- nothing happens), and “Community” (which is how I ended up here). &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am still looking for help to get hold of my monthly bill (for expense claims).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
