45£ GiftCloud GiftCard never received after a year. already stopped talk talk service

I only found out in my email that talktalk promised a gift card of £45 within 120 days of signing up when I'm about to move out and cancel the subscription. I never recieved that gift card.

It looks like you needed to check your voucher status and also approve emails from Giftcloud to make sure nothing went to Spam, @ventus123.

Staff will be back on here during the day to look into this for you.

Thank you so much for the screenshot, I am unable to locate your voucher and have used your email address to locate it, however it is not picking up. Looking at the date on your screenshot it is dated 24/08/2024 however when looking into your account the order was only placed on 30/08/2024 on our end, the promotion was running from 13/06/2024 to 28/08/2024.

When looking at the screenshot you sent it. You were still being prompted to Join, as I can see it is written please hurry and join. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you however it seems the order was only received on the 30/08/2024 on our end and the promotion had ended on 28/08/2024.
