      <title>Who is doing the night shift?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always felt that the claim "&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re here 24/7. 365 days a year&lt;/SPAN&gt;" is misleading, because TalkTalk support via the community was only available in office hours, and "We" is reasonably assumed to be TalkTalk, i.e. it does not include customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that TalkTalk no longer provide support via the community, the wording should be amended to reflect the current situation, i.e. &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;some&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; members of the community provide&amp;nbsp;peer-to-peer support when they are online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="who's doing the night shift?" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/76690iECD48B718F9055AB/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Who'sDoingTheNightShift.png" alt="who's doing the night shift?" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;who's doing the night shift?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
