      <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive an email advising my bill is due and offering access to latest and previous bill details, help and support etc.&amp;nbsp; I can not get my bill details.&amp;nbsp; Help is either blank or waiting.&amp;nbsp; I, like the waiting circle, go round and round, without success.&amp;nbsp; This may stem from a time when you were updating this area a few months ago.&amp;nbsp; Your sales information&amp;nbsp; seems to work well!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a common problem; the best way I have found is to use the Opera browser to access MyAccount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
